Liberty Training Solutions has a proven track record in developing and delivering solutions to organizations that aspire to become a peak performing entity. We have executed successfully change management, successful planning and corporate social responsibility programs in many organizations (in both government and private sector), and are ready to help your organization achieve your strategic goals as well. 

Our consultants and facilitators: have been involved in several successful cultural and structural to change management initiatives, that have helped companies maintain profitability, have implemented successful planning and talent development programs, and have helped companies design and launch their corporate social responsibility programs.

Our strength is in addressing the emotional and psychological needs of our participants, and equip them with the mindset to welcome and respond positively to change, instead of reacting against it. Unlike other training companies, we address both the structural and procedural changes as well as the mindset of the staff to successfully restructure and change the organization's infrastructure.

Our training programs are highly experiential, and use mind games and activities to encourage active participation and learning from our trainees. This training methodology was pioneered by most popular trainers in the recent modern times, and has been proven to enhance learning effectiveness compared to traditional classroom learning.

Master trainer | BIO

Musab Sasa is a corporate trainer and a program developer with many years of experience providing outstanding programs for hundreds of managers and employees. Musab has been in the corporate training and developing field since 1992 and is known for the dynamic, motivating and humorous speaking style he brings to every event.

Taking his speaking talent into the world of work, Musab brings variety of training topics to the corporate and government world. With intensive experience creating programs, Musab has delivered career workshops which include Leadership, Coaching & Mentoring, Drug Abuse Education, Corporate Staffing, Teamwork, Strategic Planning, Time Management, Stress Management, Customer Service, Presentation Skills, Problem Solving, Image and Career Counseling, Loss Prevention Techniques, Modern Investigation & Interrogation Techniques, as well as helping to create and manage learning centers for many companies in The USA. 

In addition to corporate training, Musab has helped launching many programs with the US Department of State in the Middle East region through MEPI (Middle East Partnership Initiative), and conducted training courses for government employees (in the Judicial field), NGO's, and private corporate in both Jordan and Egypt. 

Musab is a certified Master Trainer, Life Coach, and a certified youth & marriage counselor (behavioral therapist), with a BS degree in Business Management, Minor in Psychology. 
(Ramapo State College of  New Jersey, USA).

He is also an active member of several professional Human Resources developing training associations which includes ATD, AMA, and the Project Management Institute. Based on a survey conducted by the Bergen Records journal newspaper, he was ranked 4th on the USA east cost on presentation skills, and motivational abilities, Sept. 2011. 

Giving back to the community is an important part of Musab's life, which is why he works side to side to improve his community by providing several services to help building a healthy society with loyal citizens. As a youth counselor Musab has conducted many workshops to help make self awareness and good decision making for the youth to help fighting drugs and alcohol abuse in the society and helped educating both parents and teachers on how to deal with the youth when it comes to dealing with substance abuse.

Musab's strength comes through his unique ability to use his business experience and psychology background, as well as his life experiences to understand the knowledge and skills his participants need to increase their performance and productivity to benefit both self and corporate. He then designs and delivers his program in a way that excites and motivates participants to use new skills to improve and change their behaviors.

Musab also lead the language institute at ICPC in Paterson NJ from 2004-2015, teaching Arabic as a second language as well as English as a second language for individuals trying to obtain American Citizenship. Musab is also a public motivational speaker at many family affair events in the USA.
